These Terms of Service govern your use of the website, digital products, and SMS-access services provided through OSIM at https://osim.cc/.
By placing an order, accessing an assigned number, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Definitions
Service means the digital service that provides temporary access to a UK mobile number backed by a physical SIM card for receiving SMS messages. Number means the UK mobile number assigned to the customer for the purchased access period. Access Key or License Key means the private credential generated for accessing messages associated with the assigned number. Private SMS Access URL means the private webpage through which the customer can view received SMS messages. Subscription Period means the purchased period during which access to the assigned number remains active. Customer, you, or your means the person or organisation purchasing or using the service. We, us, or our means the operator of OSIM.
Description of the Service
OSIM provides access to real UK mobile numbers backed by physical SIM cards. The numbers are not VoIP numbers. Unless a specific product description states otherwise, the service is provided solely for receiving incoming SMS messages. The standard service does not include outgoing SMS, voice calls, mobile data, physical delivery of a SIM card, ownership, or permanent transfer of the assigned number. The service is intended for legitimate SMS receipt, account registration, testing, verification, business operations, and other lawful purposes.
Physical SIM and Network Availability
Each assigned number is operated through a real physical UK SIM card. Available networks may include EE, O2, Vodafone, Three UK, Lebara, Lycamobile, or other UK mobile networks depending on current stock. The assigned network depends on stock, service availability, technical conditions, and operational requirements. Customers cannot assume that a specific network will always be available unless this has been confirmed in writing before purchase.
Compatibility
The numbers are designed to work with services that accept standard UK mobile numbers. Compatibility with any particular website, application, platform, bank, marketplace, social network, survey website, or registration service is not guaranteed. Third-party platforms independently decide whether to accept a number, send an SMS, delay a message, reject a verification attempt, restrict an account, or apply fraud and risk controls. A platform's decision is outside our control.
Digital Delivery
This is a fully digital service. No physical SIM card, paper voucher, package, or postal item will be sent to the customer. After successful payment, the customer will normally receive an assigned UK mobile number, a Private SMS Access URL, a License Key or other access credential, the applicable access or expiry period, and online access to received SMS messages. Delivery may be provided through the payment success page, email, a private access page, or another digital method shown during checkout. The service is considered delivered once the assigned number and access credentials have been generated and made available to the customer.
Access Period
The purchased access period begins when the number and access credentials are successfully assigned, unless the product description clearly states a different activation rule. The expiry time may be displayed on the payment confirmation page, access page, order email, or License Key information. The customer is responsible for reviewing the expiry details and using the service within the purchased period. Unused time is not carried forward.
SMS Access
The default method of viewing SMS is through the customer's Private SMS Access URL using the assigned number and License Key. No separate user account is normally required. The customer must keep the Private SMS Access URL, License Key, assigned number, and any related login or access credentials confidential. Anyone with valid access details may be able to view messages received by the assigned number. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by the customer sharing, publishing, exposing, or failing to protect access credentials.
Message Delivery
OSIM does not control third-party platforms or SMS senders. An SMS can only be received if the sender actually creates and sends the message. A verification code or message may fail to arrive because of platform-side risk controls, number screening, repeated verification attempts, account restrictions, VPN or proxy use, IP address reputation, device or browser fingerprinting, geographic restrictions, sender-side rate limits, incorrect number entry, sender network delays, platform technical faults, or temporary mobile-network disruption. We do not guarantee that every platform will accept the assigned number, every requested SMS will be sent, every verification will succeed, every account will be approved, messages will arrive within a specific number of seconds, or a third-party platform will not later restrict the account. Successful receipt of a system test SMS does not guarantee that a particular third-party platform will send its own message.
Unlimited Incoming SMS
Where a plan is described as including unlimited SMS, this means that we do not impose a fixed numerical limit on normal incoming SMS receipt during the active access period. This does not mean unlimited verification attempts are guaranteed, a sender must send unlimited codes, automated abuse is permitted, excessive or malicious traffic is allowed, or every platform will continue sending messages. Usage remains subject to acceptable-use limits, network availability, and sender behaviour.
Acceptable Use
The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Permitted uses may include legitimate account registration, application testing, software QA, business account management, cross-border commerce, SMS receipt for authorised projects, remote access to a UK number, and other lawful verification or notification purposes. The service must not be used for fraud, identity theft, account takeover, phishing, harassment, spam, financial crime, evasion of law-enforcement measures, bypassing lawful bans or sanctions, creating accounts for unauthorised resale, abuse of third-party platforms, obtaining services through deception, or any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised activity. We may suspend or terminate access without refund where we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used unlawfully.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for entering the assigned number correctly, using the service lawfully, protecting the License Key and access URL, reviewing the expiry time, ensuring the intended platform accepts UK mobile numbers, complying with third-party platform rules, avoiding repeated or abusive verification attempts, providing accurate checkout information, and contacting support promptly when assistance is required. The customer must not represent that the assigned number is permanently owned by them.
Subscription and Number Retention
The assigned number remains available only for the purchased access period. The same number is normally retained throughout the active period. After expiry, access to incoming SMS may stop, the number may be removed from the access page, the number may later be recycled or reassigned, and previously received messages may be deleted in accordance with operational and retention policies. Retention of the same number after expiry is not guaranteed. An extension may sometimes be available if the request is made before expiry, the number remains active, the SIM remains available, no operational restriction applies, and the required extension fee is paid. Customers who require continuity should contact support before the access period ends.
SIM Activity and Number Maintenance
Mobile networks may require periodic activity, top-ups, outgoing usage, or other maintenance to keep a SIM active. We may perform maintenance actions where practical, but we do not guarantee permanent retention of any SIM or number. A network may suspend, recycle, deactivate, or alter a number for reasons outside our control.
Email Forwarding
Email forwarding may be available for selected plans, long-term subscriptions, or managed services. Email forwarding is not the default SMS-viewing method unless explicitly stated. Where email forwarding is enabled, delivery depends on the customer providing a correct email address, and emails may be delayed by spam filters or email providers. Customers should check spam and junk folders. Email delivery time is not guaranteed. The online SMS page remains the primary service record where available.
Remote Assistance
Remote assistance may be offered as an optional paid or complimentary support service. Where the customer voluntarily provides account credentials or other sensitive information, the customer authorises us to use those details only for the requested support task. The customer is responsible for ensuring they are authorised to provide credentials, changing passwords after support where appropriate, reviewing account security, and understanding that success is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee that remote assistance will overcome third-party platform restrictions.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed through the payment methods made available on the website. The customer must ensure that payment details are accurate, payment is authorised, billing information is correct, and the email address supplied is accessible. We may reject, cancel, or review orders where payment appears fraudulent, information is incomplete, abuse is suspected, stock is unavailable, or technical fulfilment is not possible. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order already paid for and fulfilled.
Refund Policy
The service is a digitally delivered product. Once payment has succeeded and the assigned number and access credentials have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. Subject to applicable consumer law, sales are generally final after digital delivery. Refunds are not normally provided for failure of a third-party platform to send a message, platform-side restrictions or risk controls, a platform rejecting the number, non-use of the service, customer delay, expiry, incorrect number entry, VPN/proxy/IP/device/account issues, misunderstanding of platform requirements, loss or disclosure of the License Key, failure to check the access page or email, or change of mind after fulfilment. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Replacement Numbers
Where an issue is confirmed to be caused by the assigned number or SIM, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Replacement is subject to evidence of the issue, number availability, the access period still being active, reasonable use, no evidence of abuse, and compliance with troubleshooting instructions. A replacement is not guaranteed where the issue is caused by a sender refusing to send, platform risk controls, the customer's account, device, IP reputation, VPN or proxy use, repeated attempts, or incorrect usage. A replacement does not guarantee successful verification with any platform.
Support
Customers may contact support using the contact methods shown on https://osim.cc/. We may request screenshots, error messages, the approximate time of the SMS request, sender or platform name, assigned number, network or browser information, and other reasonable diagnostic details. Support response times are not guaranteed unless a separate service-level agreement applies.
Availability and Maintenance
We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, server faults, mobile-network faults, email-provider faults, security incidents, third-party service outages, hosting interruptions, force majeure, legal or regulatory requirements, or other events outside our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSIM is not responsible for losses arising from third-party platform restrictions, failed registrations, failed account verification, account suspension or closure, loss of access to a third-party account, business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, customer misuse, disclosure of access credentials, mobile-network changes, sender-side failures, or customer failure to act before expiry. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, costs, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use, misuse, unauthorised use, or breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The website, branding, software, page design, text, graphics, and service materials are owned by or licensed to OSIM. You may not copy, republish, resell, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the website or service except where expressly authorised.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on https://osim.cc/ with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
